Having a home inspection performed on your prospective home, is the pre-insurance you buy before you buy the house.  You can have contractors come out and give you estimates, but they have a vested interest.  Any repairs they "find" will be $$$$ in their pockets.  A home inspector gains nothing from finding problems or hiding problems.  We are on your side.  Buying a home is a exciting and stressful process.  Let us take some of the stress out of the process.
